Before permit confirmation
If you cancel or change your enquiry before a permit has been formally booked, no charge applies — enquiries are always free.
After permit confirmation
Once a safari permit is booked in your name with the forest department, it generally cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person or date, in line with Rajasthan Forest Department rules. Hotel or resort bookings may carry their own separate cancellation terms, which we’ll share at the time of booking.
Weather and park closures
In the rare case of a safari being cancelled by the forest department itself (for example, an unscheduled closure), we will work with you on rescheduling or next steps.
